Here is a recipe for a veggie pizza I often make for our family for dinner, and made for lunch just a couple of days ago 🕊🌸 the pizza dough is made in our bread maker and the pizza is made with mostly plant based ingredients you could hopefully find in your garden or at your local fruit and veggie market or shop, and you could also change the cheese to a plant based cheese in case you are hoping for the recipe to be plant based 🌸 a couple of the ingredients included on the pizza include a simple home made tomato sauce, red bell pepper, cheese and fresh herbs from the garden, and you could also include any different kinds of ingredients you enjoy, including courgettes, lean protein, rocket, olives, capers, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes and more.
Here is a recipe for chicken wraps with fresh veggies, avocado and herbs I created to make for dinner on Wednesday 🕊🌸 the recipe has quite a lot of fresh fruits and veggies with a lot of nutrients, including carrots, courgette, tomatoes, cabbage, avocado and white onion, and is also quite quick to prepare as just the chicken needs to be cooked. In case you are hoping for the recipe to be plant based, you could include tofu or a different kind of plant protein, and you could also change the mozzarella cheese for a plant based cheese if you can 🌸 you could also include different kinds of fresh veggies and herbs, including lettuce, red onion, baby spinach, kale or parsley if you would like to.

The recipe has just a couple of ingredients, including fresh pears, raspberries, water and honey, you could hopefully find in your garden or at your local shop 🌸 the recipe could also be lovely to make in the autumn when pears are in season and you could hopefully be able to find fresh pears a bit easier 🕊🌸

Here is a recipe for chocolate chip cookies, from a lovely cook, food writer and publisher from New Zealand, called Annabel Langbein. Annabel Langbein has a lot of baking and cooking books published with lots of beautiful photos, and her recipes are always so lovely and reliable and are often made with fresh ingredients. I opened a tin of condensed milk a couple of days ago and was a bit worried about how we could use the condensed milk, though I thought of baking chocolate chip cookies, as we also have some dark chocolate at home. I am hoping to bake the chocolate chip cookies today and the cookies would be so lovely to have for morning or afternoon tea or with a cup of coffee or tea in case you feel like something sweet 🕊🍪
Here is a recipe for an almond and banana smoothie 🌸 the recipe is from the 100 Best Health Foods book, and has just a couple of ingredients, including almonds, plant based milk, bananas, natural vanilla and cinnamon, which you could hopefully find at your local shop. The smoothie is quite quick to make and has a light, creamy and nourishing flavour with the almonds, plant based milk and bananas. The almonds in the recipe from the almonds and plant based milk (in case you use almond milk) are very high in vitamin E, and the smoothie is also quite filling with the almonds and banana.
I have been using lavender oil for a couple of years, both in the bath with epsom bath salts, in a lavender and honey face scrub and sometimes on my pulse points just before going to bed, to help to have a calm sleep. Lavender oil has a very nurturing and calming scent and lavender flowers are one of my favourite flowers 🕊🌸 there is a lavender farm quite close to where I am from and I enjoy going there a lot, and also hope to go to see the lavender fields in the countryside in Provence, France too.
