February favourites

Here is a post to note and share a couple of natural beauty care, skin care and other kinds of favourites for the month of February πŸ•Š it is summer here in NZ (where I am from) and one of the favourites (a white cotton top with bow shoulders) could be helpful for warm and sunny days ! a couple more of the favourites noted include a hydrating mist toner by Sukin natural skin care, a moisturiser for sensitive skin by Sukin natural skin care, a light blue denim jacket and a rose quartz heart facial sculptor by KORA Organics I am using each day, and I hope noting the favourites could be helpful 🌸

January favourites

Here is a post to share and note a couple of natural beauty care, skin care and other kinds of favourites for the month of January πŸ•Š it is summer here in NZ (where I am from) and the weather has been so so warm and sunny, with a lot of blue skies 🌸 I have been being careful to wear a moisturiser and sunscreen with an SPF each day and I hope a couple of the favourites noted, including a very gentle moisturising cream by trilogy natural products, a natural face oil by L'Elu skin care and a rose quartz luminizer by KORA Organics, could be helpful for you too in case it is warm and sunny where you are 🌸 a couple more favourites include a nourishing turmeric latte recipe and open heart meditations I often do just before bed.

Natural beauty care favourites of 2018

Here is a post to share and note a bit about a couple of natural beauty care and skin care favourites of 2018 πŸ•Š although I enjoyed trying a lot of different natural, organic and eco friendly beauty care and skin care products in 2018, I just chose 6 products I enjoyed a lot, use as often as possible and found to be gentle and helpful on my body and for sensitive skin 🌸 a couple of the favourites include a rose quartz luminizer and a rose quartz heart by KORA Organics, a very gentle restoring oil and a rosehip cleansing oil by Trilogy Products, organic maca powder and eco friendly body care by everkind. I hope noting the products could be helpful in case you could be hoping to try a couple of natural beauty care or skin care products too.

December favourites

Here is a post to share and note a bit about the Coco mademoiselle (edp) fragrance, by Chanel Paris πŸ•Š the Coco mademoiselle fragrance belongs to my younger sister Bid, although it could be my favourite fragrance and if I could chose a fragrance by Chanel, I would choose the Coco mademoiselle 🌸 although the Coco mademoiselle fragrance is not a natural or eco friendly fragrance, it could be ok to wear a fragrance each day or couple of days if you would like to, and if it helps you to feel light, joyful and is kind and uplifting.

November favourites

Here is a post to share a couple of natural beauty care, skin care and other kinds of favourites for the month of November πŸ•Š one of the favourites includes a recipe for strawberries and banana with honey and almonds; it is early summer here in NZ (where I am from) and we just bought a first punnet of strawberries from our local fruit and veggie shop a couple of weeks ago 🌸 a couple more favourites for the month of November include the KORA Organics rose quartz heart facial sculptor, a couple of natural beauty care ideas with lavender flowers, an organic maca powder and a couple of light blue cotton tops.

A couple of nature books

Here are a couple of favourite nature, environment and mindfulness kind of books I have a copy of at home, or have borrowed to read from the library πŸ•ŠπŸŒΈΒ I studied environmental studies at university and have always loved nature, being outside and reading books and notes about nature, the natural world, mindfulness and being kind to yourself and to the environment. A couple of the books noted include the treasure yourself book by Miranda Kerr, the prophet by Kahlil Gibran, mindfulness and the natural world by Claire Thompson, the art of mindful gardening by Ark Redwood and peace is every step by Thich Nhat Hanh 🌸

September favourites

Here are a couple of natural skin care, beauty care and other favourite things I have been enjoying or using quite a lot for the month of September. It is early spring here in New Zealand (where I am from) and there are a lot of spring blossoms, daffodils, bluebells, camellias and kowhai trees flowering in gardensΒ πŸ•ŠπŸŒΈ the air outside feels light and fresh, a lot of light green leaves are coming through on flowers, plants and trees and there are a lot of birds singing and cheeping 🌸 a couple of the favourites I chose for the month of September include a moisturiser and a light pink cotton tote bag from KORA Organics, a chickpeas with fresh tomato and lemon recipe, a white cotton jumper from Country Road and a soft pink rose quartz gemstone.
