Here are a couple of natural beauty and on the go favourites I often carry with me in a handbag or cotton tote bag when I am away from home in the day time. A couple of the favourite things I try to always take with me include a water bottle, a book or notebook and a pen, a natural lip balm, a couple of natural lipsticks, a scarf and a KORA Organics rose quartz luminizer 🕊🌸 a handbag I often use is a light brown handbag with a gold buckle from Trenery, a sister brand to Country Road, who are based in NZ (where I am from) and Australia. I also often use a cotton tote bag to help to carry a bit more.

The recipe is from Ella's book Deliciously Ella Every Day and I love all of the healthy and natural recipes, kind and helpful tips and beautiful photos in the book so much 🕊🌸 the recipe has a lot of natural and caring ingredients, including strawberries, banana, chia seeds and almond butter and could be so lovely to make in the morning for breakfast, or in the daytime if you would like to. Strawberries are one of my favourite fruits and the recipe could be helpful to make in the spring and summer in case it is easier to find fresh strawberries. You could also hopefully find all of the ingredients in your garden or at your local shop 🌸
Here is a simple recipe for a raspberry and pear drink, made with fresh pears and raspberries. The recipe is from a book called 100 Best Health Foods, which has a lot of beautiful recipes made with healthy ingredients from a number of different food groups, including fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts and seeds, and also notes a lot of nutritional information about the healthy foods. The recipe has just a couple of ingredients, including fresh pears, raspberries, water and honey, you could hopefully find in your garden or at your local shop 🌸 the recipe could also be lovely to make in the autumn when pears are in season and you could hopefully be able to find fresh pears a bit easier 🕊🌸

The recipe is from Ella's book Deliciously Ella Every Day, which has a lot of lovely photos of the plant based recipes in the book and all of the recipes are so beautiful and help to celebrate eating healthily and cooking and baking plant based foods 🕊🌸 the chocolate ganache cake is made with a lot of natural and plant based ingredients, including coconut oil, avocado, almond butter and raw cacao powder and could be a beautiful cake to make just on its own or for a birthday or other kind of celebration 🌸
Here are a couple of hand care and nail care tips I often use and I hope the tips could be helpful in case you are hoping to look after your hands and nails. A couple of the care tips include using a nourishing hand cream in the day time or when you feel your hands need some, using coconut oil on your nails and cuticles to help to nourish and moisturise them, giving the nails on your hands and feet a careful trim quite regularly and using a nail polish if you would like to, in a colour you like 🕊🌸 I also noted a couple of nail care tips included in the Beauty Guide book by Dr Libby, including a couple of nutritional and self care tips to help to look after your nail health.

I pre-ordered a copy of Dr Libby's new book called the Beauty Guide a couple of weeks ago, and a parcel with the book just came in the post. As noted in the book, Dr Libby is an internationally acclaimed nutritional biochemist, author and speaker who holds a Bachelor of Health Science (nutrition and dietetics) with Honours and a PhD in Biochemistry, and has twenty years of clinical experience. I bought a copy of another book by Dr Libby called Beauty from the Inside Out, which was published a couple of years ago, and enjoyed reading the book a lot. Dr Libby's new book the Beauty Guide is also so beautiful and so lovely to read and shares a lot of generous and lovingly written information, beauty care tips and solutions about how to look after yourself and to uplift the way you see and feel about yourself as best you can 🕊🌸
Here are a couple of care tips for a comfortable and peaceful sleep 🕊🌸 I used to wake up in the night a lot, or take a while before falling asleep and hope the sleep care tips could be helpful in case you are hoping to have a peaceful sleep. A couple of the tips include taking a warm bath or shower in the evening if you can, reading a book, watching a nice movie or listening to music you enjoy, making a gentle cup of tea, herbal tea or hot chocolate, using lavender oil or essential oils and remembering a kind affirmation or a couple of things which you feel grateful for.
