Here is a recipe for a veggie pizza I often make for our family for dinner, and made for lunch just a couple of days ago 🕊🌸 the pizza dough is made in our bread maker and the pizza is made with mostly plant based ingredients you could hopefully find in your garden or at your local fruit and veggie market or shop, and you could also change the cheese to a plant based cheese in case you are hoping for the recipe to be plant based 🌸 a couple of the ingredients included on the pizza include a simple home made tomato sauce, red bell pepper, cheese and fresh herbs from the garden, and you could also include any different kinds of ingredients you enjoy, including courgettes, lean protein, rocket, olives, capers, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes and more.

Here is a recipe for chicken wraps with fresh veggies, avocado and herbs I created to make for dinner on Wednesday 🕊🌸 the recipe has quite a lot of fresh fruits and veggies with a lot of nutrients, including carrots, courgette, tomatoes, cabbage, avocado and white onion, and is also quite quick to prepare as just the chicken needs to be cooked. In case you are hoping for the recipe to be plant based, you could include tofu or a different kind of plant protein, and you could also change the mozzarella cheese for a plant based cheese if you can 🌸 you could also include different kinds of fresh veggies and herbs, including lettuce, red onion, baby spinach, kale or parsley if you would like to.

The recipe is made with roasted vegetables, including sweet potatoes (kumara) and pumpkin, olive oil, fresh herbs, onion, garlic, fresh spinach, pasta, almonds, feta cheese and fresh parsley and you could hopefully find the ingredients for the recipe in your garden or at your local shop or fruit and veggie market 🕊🌸 you could also change the feta cheese to a plant based cheese, in case you are hoping for the recipe to be plant based 🌸 the recipe is also quite quick to make, has a lot of nutrients, and just uses a baking tray, a medium pan and a pot.
Here is a healthy and plant based recipe for chickpeas with fresh tomatoes, herbs and fresh lemon I created to make for dinner a couple of days ago, with roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes and green veggies. The recipe has just a couple of ingredients you could hopefully find in your garden or at your local shop, including olive oil, white onion, fresh garlic, fresh herbs, tomatoes, chickpeas, salt and pepper, lemon juice and fresh parsley. I love chickpeas with tomatoes and roast veggies and also sometimes make a fresh hummus to have with carrots, celery or grain crackers 🕊🌸 the recipe is also quite simple to make and hopefully the ingredients could be easy to find 🌸
Here is a lovely and plant based recipe for a sweet smoothie bowl by beautiful Ella Mills, the founder and creative director of Deliciously Ella. The recipe is from Ella's book Deliciously Ella Every Day and I love all of the healthy and natural recipes, kind and helpful tips and beautiful photos in the book so much 🕊🌸 the recipe has a lot of natural and caring ingredients, including strawberries, banana, chia seeds and almond butter and could be so lovely to make in the morning for breakfast, or in the daytime if you would like to. Strawberries are one of my favourite fruits and the recipe could be helpful to make in the spring and summer in case it is easier to find fresh strawberries. You could also hopefully find all of the ingredients in your garden or at your local shop 🌸
