A couple of on the go favourites

thumbnail_IMG_0393

Here are a couple of natural beauty and on the go favourites I often carry with me in a handbag or cotton tote bag when I am away from home in the day time. A couple of the favourite things I try to always take with me include a water bottle, a book or notebook and a pen, a natural lip balm, a couple of natural lipsticks, a scarf and a KORA Organics rose quartz luminizerย ๐Ÿ•Š๐ŸŒธย a handbag I often use is a light brown handbag with a gold buckle from Trenery, a sister brand to Country Road, who are based in NZ (where I am from) and Australia. I also often use a cotton tote bag to help to carry a bit more.

A couple of on the go favourites

A water bottle

I always try to take a water bottle with me when I am away from home, as I try to drink water as often as possible in the day time to help to keep hydrated. Although a water bottle can be a bit heavy in a shoulder bag or tote bag, it always helps to feel hydrated and a water bottle can often be topped up too.

A book and a pen

I also often carry with me a book or a plain notebook and a pen just in case I need to write anything down. A book I often take with me is the treasure yourself book by Miranda Kerr, a kind book with a light pink cover, about being kind to yourself and building self confidence, which has a lot of positive affirmations. I also sometimes carry with me a chapter book I am reading at the moment.

A natural lip balm

I always carry a natural lip balm with me too, in case I am outside a lot or I need to use a lip balm. A lip balm I am using a lot at the moment is a peppermint flavour one by ecostore, a natural and eco friendly brand who are based in NZ. As noted on the package, the lip balm is a plant based moisturiser, made with sweet almond oil, to help to soothe and protect dry lips.

A couple of natural lipsticks

I also often take a couple of natural lipsticks with me in my handbag, from the Body Shop. The natural lipsticks from the Body Shop are made with caring ingredients and come in a lot of beautiful colours, including pinks, corals and reds. I often apply lipstick on my lips and also apply lipstick on my cheeks as a blusher, to help to add a rosy glow to the face.

A scarf

I often wear a cotton scarf and try to take one with me in case I will be outside quite a lot, or the weather becomes quite windy or cold. I sometimes use a scarf around my head too in case it begins raining and I don’t have a rain coat or hood.

A KORA Organics rose quartz luminizer

The KORA Organics rose quartz luminizer is one of my favourite natural beauty care products, and is noted as being a natural highlighter with a soft pink hue and to be made with natural and caring ingredients, including organic noni, coconut oil, rosehip oil and rose quartz powder. I use the rose quartz luminizer almost every day and often apply it just under my brows and on my cheeks to help to add a light pink glow to my face. I often take the KORA Organics rose quartz luminizer with me in my handbag, in case I need to re apply the luminizer.

Are there any natural beauty, skin care or other items you often take with you in your handbag too?
