Here is a second recipe for a healthy smoothie, made with raspberries and blueberries 🕊🌸 I just made the smoothie on Sunday, and added a couple of ingredients we had at home I enjoy a lot and are quite healthy. The smoothie recipe is quite simple and easy to make and you could hopefully find the ingredients for the smoothie in your garden or at your local shop too. The ingredients included in the smoothie include banana, raspberries, blueberries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, ground almonds and chia seeds. I enjoy making the smoothie both in the morning for breakfast, or for morning or afternoon tea as it is quite healthy and filling with the banana and the Greek yogurt.
I use an organic coconut oil (by Blue Coconut) from our local supermarket often on my skin and face, both in the morning just after cleansing my skin and in the evening, just after having a shower 🕊🌸 Organic coconut oil feels so soft and nourishing to use on the skin and helps my skin to feel moisturised and smooth. I sometimes use a small amount of organic coconut oil on the tips of my hair too, to help to moisturise and nourish my hair and organic coconut oil could also be used as a lip conditioner, to help to soothe sun burn, or to help to remove make up (including eye make up).

Here is a recipe for oats with almond milk I often make in the morning for breakfast in the autumn and winter, when the weather is a bit cooler, or for lunch, as the oats feel so warming and nourishing to eat on a cold day. The recipe has just a couple of ingredients (including oats, almond milk, maple syrup or honey, cinnamon, almonds and raspberries) you could hopefully find in your garden or at your local shop and the recipe is quite easy and quick to make in case you don't have a lot of time in the morning 🕊🌸
