A kind book: treasure yourself

I recently reread a copy of a book we have at home called Treasure Yourself by Miranda Kerr and enjoyed reading it a lot 🙂 I love Miranda Kerr and she has always been an inspiration for her kindness and passion for yoga, health, wellness. I bought a copy of her book as soon as I could after it was published in 2010 and always enjoy reading it.

The book is helpful for understanding about treasuring, being kind to and looking after yourself. The first part of the book includes quite a lot of chapters about topics including life lessons, building confidence, nutrition, being grateful, believing in yourself and more, and each chapter includes a couple of helpful questions to think about at the end.

In the middle of the book there are quite a lot of photos from Miranda’s life (with captions) from her childhood through to her modelling career, and the second part of the book includes a lot of positive affirmations. Sometimes you could read a lot of the affirmations in order, or open the book on one page and try to focus on one of the affirmations, maybe for one day.
